Last 12th August 2022, Arunita performed for “Badhe Cholo” Grand Finale at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi. There were about 3000+ live audiences and thousands of people watching across the world via live broadcast. The program was open to the public and was live on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The event “Badhe Chalo” was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India to commemorate the completion of seventy-five years of India’s independence, which is called the “Amrit Mahotsav.” To involve youth from across the country in this movement, Flash dances have been organized in different cities. Besides Arunita, Pawandeep was performed as well on Badhe Chalo.

In the presence of Honorable Kishan Reddy Gangapuram (Union Minister For Culture Tourism And Development Of North Eastern Region(DoNER), Government of India), Honorable Anurag Singh Thakur (Minister of Union Cabinet, Minister for Information and Broadcasting), Smt. Uma Nanduri (Joint Secretary, Ministry of Culture, GOI), and Honorable Shri Govind Mohan (Cultural Secretary, GOI), Arunita, and Pawan were invited on the stage to take the pledge. It was a great honor for Arunita Kanjilal and Pawandeep Rajan to share the stage with union ministers and secretaries and take the pledge.

It was a very spectacular program, and Arunita sang very touching patriotic songs, like “Aye Watan Watan Aabad Rahe Tu”, and “Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon”. She also sang few popular songs:
